In a study of 13,000 patients, use of the Image Checker has demonstrated a 20% increase in the early detection of breast cancer. This technology is very new, and the charge for this service may not be reimbursed by your insurance company. If you wish to have your mammogram analyzed by the Image Checker, please inform the scheduler. An additional fee of $25 will be collected at time of service.
